ABOUT ME
Professional Architectural, Interior & Commercial Photographer
I'm Graham Hunt, a professional photographer and videographer based in the North East of England, with over 18 years of experience working across commercial, architectural, interior and creative photography.
Having studied photography at the Northern School of Art, I've developed an approach that combines technical expertise with a strong creative eye for composition, lighting and detail.
I specialise in photographing architecture, interiors and commercial spaces, working with architects, interior designers, property developers and businesses to create professional imagery that showcases their work.
My photography covers everything from contemporary architecture and carefully designed interiors to industrial premises, hospitality venues, residential developments and commercial environments.
Alongside architectural and interior photography, I provide a wider range of commercial services, including professional headshots, workplace photography, product photography, promotional videography and drone footage.
I approach every assignment individually, taking the time to understand the client's requirements and how the finished photographs will be used. Whether documenting a completed architectural project or creating imagery for a company's website and marketing, my aim is to produce photographs that are visually engaging, accurate and professionally presented.
Working throughout Newcastle, Durham, Northumberland, Teesside and the wider North East, I'm also available for assignments across the UK.

How I work
My Approach to Photography
Every architectural and interior photography assignment presents its own challenges, from lighting and composition to capturing the character and functionality of a space.
My approach combines careful planning, creative composition and professional lighting techniques to produce images that accurately represent the design and atmosphere of each location.
For interior photography, I often use a combination of natural light, ambient lighting and flash, carefully balancing different light sources to retain detail, natural colours and the overall mood of a room.
I pay particular attention to architectural lines, perspective, materials, textures and the smaller design details that make each space unique.
Alongside carefully composed architectural photographs, I also enjoy taking a more natural documentary approach, capturing people working and interacting within their environments.
The result is a collection of images that not only documents the space but also tells the story behind the design, the business and the people who use it.

Workflow
Editing & Post-Production
Professional post-production is an important part of my photographic process.
Every selected image is carefully edited to ensure consistent colour, balanced lighting, accurate perspective and attention to detail.
For architectural and interior photography, I use Adobe Lightroom and Photoshop to refine the photographs while maintaining a natural and realistic representation of the space.
Where required, I combine multiple exposures and lighting techniques to retain detail in both interior spaces and exterior views.
The finished photographs are supplied as professionally edited, high-resolution digital files, ready for use across websites, portfolios, brochures and marketing materials.
